Our commitment to the next Generation of Geological Scientists and Engineers
Active Earth has established scholarships with University of Fraser Valley, University of Victoria, and University of British Columbia to support and encourage local Indigenous students who have an interest in pursuing studies and careers related to STEM fields, and thereby assist in bolstering STEM capacity in Indigenous communities in BC. Each of the three regional scholarships has a value of $2,500 per year.
