ACTIVE EARTH MAXIMIZES THE EFFICIENCY AND MINIMIZES THE COST OF GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATIONS AND SITE PREPARATION.
Since 2007, Active Earth’s environmental/geotechnical engineers have provided geotechnical investigation, design, and construction services as an extension of our environmental site assessment work. By incorporating geotechnical requirements into the planning and implementation of our site investigation work and incorporating geotechnical design considerations into our site remediation plans, Active Earth maximizes the efficiency and minimizes the cost of the investigation and site preparation.
In addition to residential and commercial development, the Active Earth team is experienced in geotechnical engineering for industrial development, forestry, urban infrastructure, linear infrastructure such as pipelines and transmission lines, highways, hydroelectric developments, and ports and marine developments.
Through a broad base of geotechnical experience, combined with extensive support of our environmental and hydrotechnical services, our geotechnical engineers are able to deliver the practical expertise required for projects in contaminant remediation, soil disposal, landfill design, construction dewatering, and wastewater disposal. In addition to standard geotechnical engineering services, Active Earth provides consultation, independent review, and expert witness services. By maintaining in-house expertise that is focused on delivering these specialized projects, Active Earth is able to work efficiently and effectively to meet our clients’ unique needs.
